At ANZ, you don’t sign a traditional ‘lease’, you buy into a membership. By becoming a ANZ member, you’re signing up for a housing subscription that includes all the benefits of co living; that means utilities, WiFi, private bathroom, furniture, appliances, kitchen supplies, cleaning suppliers and maintenance, on-site laundry, community host, access to our community app, monthly social events… All basics you would need when moving into a new place are taken care of.

The membership application fee is $100 per application and is only payable at the time of application prior to moving in. ANZ’ s membership application fees are non-refundable. Residents wanting to extend or transfer to a different co living property are not required to pay an application fee. Applicants must pay the membership application fee to be considered. If you fail to pay the fee, your application might not be accepted.
